Our Litigation Mentoring package is a new approach to the costly subject of litigation.  It is designed to guide potential  litigants through the thinking processes that should be undertaken before any litigation is begun. This service is designed specifically to save substantial sums of money by avoiding costly mistakes and inappropriate courses of action and exploring the alternatives to litigation. Litigation Mentoring should be the first stage of Dispute Resolution, as it will take you through the complexities of the dispute. The work undertaken during Litigation Mentoring will be used if litigation proceeds and will make considerable savings then. All this for a fixed fee of only £350 plus VAT – and that is a new approach in itself. How does Litigation Mentoring work? You will meet Eric Baehr who will then take you through the whole process, look at the alternative routes available to you (including mediation) and point out the many pitfalls that should be avoided. Procedures and likely costs will be discussed.  Throughout, Eric will explain – in plain English – how everything works and can work for you. There is never any obligation on you to proceed further with Baehrs Solicitors.  However, we are experienced in our field and, despite a caring and careful approach, are known to be determined and forceful when the need arises.
